Location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions with shops and restaurants nearby. The service was exceptional, with staff always attentive and ready to assist. However, the room was quite small, making storage a challenge, and issues arose with the transfer from the airport to another location. Wi-Fi access was good, but the initial room allocation communication could improve.

The one-bedroom suite was cozy and well-equipped. I loved the little kitchenette—it made quick meals super easy. Plenty of beds for my family, and the bathroom was nice and clean with a towel warmer! Just a heads up, the room felt a bit tight for a family of four. We managed, but definitely not a lot of extra space for stuff.

our stay at helzear champs-elysees was fantastic! the location is spectacular, just a short walk to the arc de triomphe and champs-elysees. we stayed in the family suite, which was perfect for privacy with our teens. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Inez, who made us feel welcome and even lent us a hair straightener!

Despite some inconveniences, the central location made it a great base for exploring Paris. I loved the accessibility to public transport, making it easy to reach various attractions. It would be nice to see improvements on the maintenance side to enhance the experience.
